Christopher Hackimer was last spotted around 10:30 a.m. on the 4500 block of McKinley Street in Wissinoming, according to city police. Officials believe he frequents the area near Lehigh Avenue and Kensington Avenue.
He is 5-foot-10 and 170 pounds and was last seen wearing a black and white "Backwoods" hoodie with blue sweatpants, police added.
